B. Thuringiensis is pyramidal in form from afar, though technically quite rod-shaped. Each bacterium holds a many number of complicated layers, including several walls and coats. This version is an underdeveloped bacterium.

 

B. Thuringiensis does form spores - cells that reproduce asexually - and protein crystal bodies (both of which dissolve in the stomach/intestine of certain insects, and cause intense damage to the cells).
